All the impact - none of the corporate craziness! Allie Allen
Founder & CEO
Responsible for making sure everything is moving in the right direction, all commitments are met and all of our partners have an experience that leaves them impressed! Also responsible for snacks.. all the snacks, all the time. Fueled by iced chai tea, Spotify and Excel spreadsheets - Allie keeps this team focused.

Joe Allen
Chief Operations Officer
Reporting to the Chief Fun Office (really - he's the boss!), Joe is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations - including leading the creative and community teams. With Joe around you can be sure three things are happening: tea is being made, dad jokes are frequent and FTM Books is operating as efficiently as possible, always.

Archer Allen
Chief Fun Officer

The most strict of the team, Archer has three main responsibilities: make sure naps are taken, snacks are eaten and fun is had - 100% of the time. When Archer's around, so is Bluey and a book. His loves for books inspired this whole company.. and he makes sure to remind us of that every day.
